Top 500 Best Colleges in America Ranking
Loretto, PA (09/21/2023) — Saint Francis University rose 60 spots on the 2023 list of "America's Top 500 Colleges," released by Forbes this month. SFU earned spot No. 440 on the list.
"Being recognized by Forbes as one of the best colleges in the entire country is a huge accomplishment for Saint Francis University, especially considering there are nearly 3,000 four-year degree-granting institutions in the United States," shared University President Fr. Malachi Van Tassell, T.O.R., Ph.D. "Our significant jump up the rankings further demonstrates the value that SFU provides to our graduates."
The Forbes rankings take a practical look at the return on investment colleges and universities offer their students, weighting post-graduation salaries and alumni influence high on the criteria list. Forbes says the ranking "spotlights the 500 U.S. colleges that check all the boxes: impressive graduation rates, high graduate salaries, and great outcomes for low-income students."
