Loretto, PA (01/24/2022) — Saint Francis University is proud to announce the addition of a new doctoral program and its first research-based doctorate designed for working professionals. The application for the Fall 2022 inaugural cohort is now open.

The Executive Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Innovation program is designed for ambitious individuals ready to implement values-based strategies that improve leadership and workplace culture. Offered through Saint Francis University's Francis Worldwide School of Continuing Studies, the program will be delivered predominantly online with a required in-person, extended weekend residency once a semester at the Curry Innovation Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

"We are excited to begin educating the next generation of ethical and strategic leaders. Our students will learn to orchestrate organizational change and grow their leadership skills in the business, education, healthcare, non-profit, and public service fields," says Dr. Tricia McFadden, Dean of Francis Worldwide School of Continuing Studies and Executive Doctor of Education program director.

Rooted in the long-standing reputation and tradition of Saint Francis University, unique aspects of the Executive Doctor of Education program differentiate it from similar EdD programs.

After earning their doctorate, graduates will be equipped to apply advanced management practices to their organizations and communities by focusing on ethics, leadership, innovation, organizational development, and strategic decision-making.
