Fall leadership development workshop series opens in Altoona

The New Workplace Renegotiation in the Aftermath of the Great Employee Resignation

Altoona, PA (08/30/2022) — A new series of leadership workshops offering employers a practical roadmap forward in the era of the Great Resignation opens Sept 16 in Altoona.

The New Workplace Renegotiation in the Aftermath of the Great Employee Resignation is a high-energy, 5-part leadership series aimed at fueling employee engagement, unleashing workplace productivity, and enabling your organization to attract and retain the best employees.

The series was developed by The Shields School of Business at Saint Francis University and the University's Francis in the Marketplace Employee and Training Development Institute in response to training requests from local businesses and organizations.

Participants may sign up for individual workshops at a cost of $75 each, or they may save by bundling the series of five for $315. The series runs from Sept. 16 to Dec. 9. on select Friday mornings and will be held in the Curry Innovation Center, located in downtown Altoona.

Topics include Employee Engagement and Retention in the Era of an Acute Labor Shortage; Conflict Management and Problem Solving; Teamwork and Relationship Building; Achieving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness in the Workplace; and Managing Remote Teams and Employees.
